Newbie from Orlando
I am 55 years old and I did not struggle with weight gain until I was about 30. I weighed about 200 lbs when I graduated and now I am about 250 lbs. I think most of my weight gain started when I got promoted to a V. P. of a Construction Company. Before then I was in the field and did get some exercise. I quit smoking about 2 years ago which added about 10lbs. I have been married for 28 years and yes my wife is a good cook, but my problem is sweets which I constantly eat. The only reason my wife keeps them in the house is because we have Twin boys that are always hungry. my Doctor just put me on the Fat Bell Diet last week. All my extra weight is at my stomach and my legs and arms are normal size. So anyhow we will see if this diet helps.
