THIS IS IT! I have been overweight most my life. I am turning 32 on dec 5th and this is it for me. I have to change. I can't do this without support so I really hope I make some friends here that can push me through when I feel like giving up! I would love to go through this with someone, i have alot of weight to lose and it would be great to be supported and support others as well. I'm starting my weight loss meal plan and exercise tomorrow. My goal it to go down to pants sizes by the end of the month. love to you all!

You seem to have lost quite a bit of weight already. You can do it. I hate to tell you what you've obviously been told again and again, but.....You really do have a lovely face!
This is my first post on 3FC. I just want to encourage you. You *can* do this. I *can* do it, too. We have to *decide* to make the daily commitment and that is what is so hard.
