I've decided to go on a journey for the next 7 months and hopefully get my body back doing it. I always found support boards to be a big part my success in the past, so if you know what works, then use it I suppose. After a really challenging 3 years I'm ready to get back to me....or a I guess move on to the evolved me.
Anywho...any support anyone can offer would be wonderful! I feel very alone up here in Alaska and this cold makes losing the weight that much harder.
