I was on here ages ago, but I dropped off the face of the earth and regained whatever I had lost. But I'm starting again.
I've started running, with the C25K program, and so far its working well. Now just to get started on being a healthier eater and staying away from bad things!
I too dabbled around on this site a few months ago and found it to be a great place to spend those "dangerous" hours in the afternoon between coming home from work and eating supper. But unfortunately I shouldn't have just dabbled but stuck with it. I lost 65 pounds about 6 years ago and felt great. I have gained it all back and a few more and feel terrible again. I just ordered the new EA Sports Active 2 in hopes of re-igniting the fire and decided to come back on this site in search of support. If I could just figure out a way to not let life get in the way of life (if that even makes sense to anyone out there). I would love to hear from others who lost track of their weight loss goals but was able to find their way back again...
