Hello all!
I'm Anna. First time poster long time board stalker. Just turned 25 and I'm ready for a change.
I decided to adapt the south beach way of eating and changing my patterns in the right direction.
However, I have fallen victum time after time to 'cheating' but hope by joining this forum I will make some friends and get some support!!!!
I figured I would focus on setting my eating habits straight and then figure in the exercise. My work is a bit physical a times (heavy lifting, a weight training of sorts, haha), so I'm not totally lacking. Just find it hard to pick an exercise that keeps me interested and semi-fun.
Any help and/or motivation is appriciated!
