I think we all totally feel you when it comes to "cheating", and personally I think there's nothing wrong with scheduled cheating. If it's really looking to be a hurdle for you, try scheduling a day every week, every two weeks, or every month where you let yourself indulge, so long as you've stuck to your plan for whatever amount of time. I think you'll find over time that the "cheating" decreases when you allow yourself that. That's how it's been working out for me, anyway, but everyone's different, so just see what works for you.
