Hello everyone,

I have been a member of 3FC before but i left a good while ago and now decided to come back. I would like to seriously give healthier eating a go again in the new year. I have had a weight problem since the age of 5. Since my mental health's been declining over the last several years i have gained a lot more weight. I have been suffering with mental health issues from as young as 3 years old. I really want to lose some more weight, so fingers crossed. Bye for now.
