Hello everyone, my name is Audrey..I'm 20, and overweight. I've always been kinda chubby, and before a couple months ago I had never weighed (to my knowledge) more than 150 lbs. I've always been dieting it seems, and can never stick to something. But in the past it was a lot easier to just get rid of those 10 extra pounds. Now I'm determined to lose 30 pounds...ish. I'm on the Abs Diet, which was introduced to me by my boyfriend-- I'm doing a slightly modified version by doing my own exercising routine. I just joined Curves last night, and really like it. I had never set foot in a gym before, so this is big. And it was surprisingly easy--now I realize I've always been capable of exercising, I've just been friggin lazy. I always thought exercise meant I had to go for 2 mile runs everyday. I'm starting out slow, limiting my calories to 1200 a day, drinking lots of water and eating foods that are good for me. I've been lurking around the site for the last two days and it's really gotten me motivated. Congratulations to everyone here-- you're all inspirational
