Hie everybody, this is my first ever post on this site!
I'm quite excited to be more involved in this, although I'm not really unhappy with the way I look. The only thing that shocks me is my weight because I hadn't weighed myself until today :P And that's because I have nearly always been happy with my height and weight. I got on the scales today because I had just watched The Biggest Loser and was curious as to how heavy or light I am, haha.
I'm 26 years old (just had my birthday on Nov 1!), 5'6, and 165 pounds.
To me the number is crazy because when I asked a friend how much she honestly thinks I weigh, she said I look like 135 pounds. But I'm not sad nor depressed about the figure; I know I'm healthy and I look great!
Other stats about me: I wear size M, or UK 8 to 10, or US 6 to 8. My measurements are 36-29-40 (yeah, I have big hips, hehe). I've not been terribly sick for the past year or so, and I exercise regularly by walking 1 hour on weekdays and dancing on weekends (ballet).
If I were to lose weight, I'd want the weight from my arms and hips to go! Elsewhere I am fine.
