hey yall! I guess I make an introduction here, huh? I'm a 24 year old female, no kids but recently married. For my wedding I was in great shape... and, well, I'm not now! lol. A year before our wedding we both quit smoking (YAY!) but I've gained continuos weight since then. One bad habit for another, I suppose.
From my wedding (in june) I've gained about 12 pounds, which is significant on a 5'2" body! I currently weigh right at 150. From June until now, there is a HUGE difference in my activity levels... I'm actually out of breath walking up the hills at school!
Anyways, I became a vegetarian a while ago for personal preferences. I thought an end result of this would be a decrease in weight, but boy was I wrong! Cheez It snacks are for everyone! lol
I LOVE the vegan recipes on the front page. They made me HAPPY!
Everyone in my family is overweight, parents with Diabetes, the whole nine. I'm always told I don't need to lose weight, I'm being dramatic, etc. but
I don't feel happy with myself, and that's what matters!!
Today is the day to start my lifestyle change... cuz this weight AINT gonna lose itself!
