Hi everyone!
My name is Jaime. I started my weight loss journey in January when I realized my 30th birthday was coming up and I could turn 30 weighing what I did- everyone says- once you turn 30 it gets harder to lose weight. I was doing great- I had lost the 30 lbs I wanted to a week or 2 after my birthday but shortly after that I needed to have my gall bladder removed
and since then I've kind of lost my motivation with all the summer activities and (yummy) foods that summer brings and now that it's fall- I want to get back into things but I'm having a hard time finding the motivation that I once had- I have 3.4 lbs to go in order to get to my next goal- (50 lbs).
When I started, I had quite a few friends (including my BFF) doing weight watchers and it was great- since then- they've all quit-
so I'm looking for outside encouragement and support-
