Hello all!
I decided it was time to lose the weight that I've been gaining. I'm currently at 220 and I'm at my heaviest ever.
I was very healthy prior, at 150 lbs of mainly muscle, but due to 4 surgeries (3 on the wrist and 1 on the knee) in 5 years, I've gained a good 70 pounds. (the surgeries were all sports related injuries)
I work in IT so I'm mainly at my desk, which didn't help the weight gain either.
I'm 25 and I shouldn't feel like a blimp. lol
But I'm ready for a new challenge and right now I'm looking at the nutrisystem diet program and using cellucor products as supplements in my workout. Has anyone tried this? Or does anyone have any great recommendations as to a great diet starter?
