The Last Lap
Hey Ladies!
Okay, so I'm not completely "new" here. My name is Jen and I have been a member on the forums for some time and I actually used to be quite active. For whatever reason I disappeared, but really feel as though I could use the encouragement right now and the support or people with similar goals as I. I have lost the majority of the weight that I want to lose, my starting weight was 209 and I am now at 152. My original goal weight on Day One of my journey was to be 140 and it is within reach.
Today I began phase one of the SBD, and though I am not going to be obscenely strict on myself I think that this will definitely help me. My birthday is next week and I know that I will be having some foods that are not within plan, HOWEVER I didn't want to wait because I know that I would continue to put my healthy eating off. I would love to hear from other people who have used this. I'm also looking for people who are looking for a challenge- I will definitely check out those forums. I'd love to hear from anyone and look forward to getting to know you all!
