Default Trying Something New
A friend of mine told me about this site tonight so I thought I'd give it a try. So far I've lost 60lbs doing WW. I started in May 2008 and lost 50lbs in the first year. The next year did not go so well, I couldn't seem to keep up the same motivation and only lost 10lbs. Over this summer I went off plan completely and gained 13lbs. That was my wake up call, I can go back up! So I've been doing really well for the last month and I've taken off 6 of those 13 pounds. I love WW and I'm kind of passionate about it.

As for exercise, I am currently addicted to Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home videos. I'm working out six days a week and up to 3 miles with Leslie.

That's it I think. I look forward to looking around here more.

Oh and my icon are the boys from my favorite band.
