Hi everyone. I am getting back on track starting today! Back in 2008, from March to June I joined LA Weightloss and lost 48 lbs. It was really easy, this was the first time in my life I had ever tried dieting. Up until my late 30's I was skinny, ( I am 45 now) but we all know how that changes.

Anyway, here I am 2 and a half years later and I am back at my starting weight!

I am trying to do this on my own this time, I still have all my books and information from LAWL, wish me luck.

I was thrilled to find this site!
