Default recommitment
well I joined weight watchers a little over the year ago, and lost 24 lbs...unfortunately, when the holidays came along I found it so difficult that I gave up, and stopped going and gained a lot of it back, Ive now rejoined 3 weeks ago and have lost 4.8 lbs so Im on the way down again. Ill be 28 on wednesday and Im tired of fighting the battle with my weight, I want to be healthy and honestly being fat is uncomfortable, its not fun..I wanna make it work this time...
