Thanks, I didnt go on a diet this time. Just really simple changes in my eating and drinking habits. No pop for over a year now. I eat off a salad size plate this keeps portions in control. I eat whatever I want, in proper portions. I used to never eat breakfast and now I do everyday. This sets the metabolism for the day. I have Spinal Stenosis so other than walking around my house I don't exercise. So getting my eating under control was key in my journey to less me. I have to have a spinal surgery and the hardware wont hold up to more than 300lbs. So onward I go.
