Hi all! I have always tried to watch what I eat, and try to get a lot of exercise, about the last 3 months I have been super strict (no refined carbs, lean protein, and STRICTLY followed my workout plan) and was only 2 pounds away from my goal weight.... but lately I have completely fallen off the horse! I went on a family vacation about two weeks ago and ate whatever I wanted and have been BINGE eating ever since I got back... I eat until I am full and then go back for seconds.. I cant figure out what is wrong with me.. I have gained about 4 pounds since I got back and this HAS to stop! Im looking for someone I can report to who will help me to get back on track... I thought this site looked great and already feel motivated by reading some success stories! So good luck everyone keep up the good work and whoever out there who has any words of advice to get me back on track... I would really appreciate it!!
