Soooo I've gone up and down too many times, highest being 220 lbs before my lapband, lowest 148 with my band, and now 190 after a revision and not doing what I "should" with my band (it did not fail me, it is a tool I have chosen not to use too often).
I am back to counting WW points which I can do just fine, but need to exercise more and *always* count points. I have a body bugg which is a nice way to keep track of how much I move, can't lie to yourself when the computer counts the calories burned!
I certainly felt better about myself at 148 than I do now. I only say 170 for a goal weight because I want to be reasonable for myself, I didn't get to eat very much at my lowest. I hope once I get to 170 I will keep going!
