I have a really big special event coming up March 1, 2011, which is going to involve things like going out into the world to talk to strangers, and getting my picture taken. Ack! I so need to get myself back in shape by then. I've been working at home since 2001 and have let myself go you-know-where in a handbasket.
My plan is to eat more or less what I'm used to eating but only half as much. I'll be counting calories and journaling.

Last week our highs were close to 100*, but todays high is 72*. Its about time it cooled off!
