Talking Third Time Is The Charm
Hello to all! I couldn't believe my user name was available. I couldn't believe how many posts there are!

I am a Christian dieter who lost 85 pounds with ediets, 60 pounds with gracetoday (am still active) and now realistically have 50 pounds to lose again. Oh, what a viscious cycle. Can we ever be free? Saying hello to all and hoping you will reach your goal weight and keep it accurate.

Any advice for a worn-out warrior?

welcome... I am new too and in the same boat... the cycle lives on... I have about 80 lbs to take off to be where I want.....
I am praying everyday for God to give me strength to overcome my emotional need for food... I will send a prayer up for you as well.. best of luck and many blessings
