Hey everyone!
It's been a long time since I've posted in a forum, but I though maybe this would help. I don't know anyone else who is struggling with weight loss and I figured this would be the best place to find advice and experience ^_^
I'm 23, a grad student, and I'd like to lose weight the right way! Within the past year I've lived and worked abroad and I gained some weight with all of the stress. I don't think I'm badly overweight, but I'm not where I'd like to be. I don't own a scale or a full length mirror because I used to have eating disorder type problems and I would judge myself based upon those things. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to lose weight, but I don't want to ruin or hurt my body.
I work out regularly, but it doesn't seem to help. I saw on this website that someone said that the way you eat is 80% of the battle, so I figured this is probably what I'm doing wrong. My diet starts tomorrow! I've never done a diet before, so I'm kind of scared 0.o
Baby steps!
