Hi there! Welcome! I would suggest finding a "lifestyle" change that will fit you best, ex: calorie counting, carb counting, etc. I did it by calorie counting. I had tried atkins in the past, but i just gained back twice as much twice as fast. It was sad.
But do some research, review the "lifestyle" plans out there and see which one you would feel most comfortable with! I call them "lifestyle" plans b/c you must change your lifestyle. A diet is temporary, and many have fallen victim to going back to old habits after reaching goal.
