Hi azie.. welcome. We are close in age and I have been a stay-at-home Mom for the past 20 yrs. I know how hard it is, being home all day. I used to eat out of boredom. My youngest left for college this yr and rather than start another unsuccessful diet, I have made small lifestyle changes...taken the sweets, sodas and chips out of my life and replaced it with more water, fruits, veggies and walking. I have started counting calories and find it an exciting challenge to look for healthy things to eat.
