Don't be scared... if it doesn't work after a few months, you can always change your plan of attack and take it another way until you find what works for you! And one thing that I learned over my journey is that it's not so much HOW MUCH you eat (sometimes it is, though!).... but WHAT you eat. If you're eating a whole bunch of healthy food, it's going to come out a lot less calorie wise and much higher health wise than a little bit of heavy cal, heavy sugar, heavy carb junk food!
