I'm heading once again into the land of weight loss, and I'm hoping this will help keep me on track. In about 10 months, I'm planning a big move in my life, from the San Francisco Bay Area to Washington D.C., and I'd like to make that move feeling healthy and energetic...hopefully, at least, breaking into Onederland by that point...and in all honesty, hoping to get much closer to my overall goal before such a big transition.
