Default The thin person is inside just screaming to get out
I am on a mission to lose about 120 lbs. I started at 240 lbs, I am now down to 190 lbs. Go me!! But that still leaves me about 70 lbs to go. (I am shooting for 120lbs or a size 8 whichever comes first.) So far I've not managed to keep every lb I've lost off.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say hi!

You sound like me girlfriend except for the not gaining anything back because I have a little but your post has inspired me to push forward. I started at 242. I started July '09. I lost 40 lbs and can't get past that. No, not true. I can. I need to get back on track. I joined this forum last year but haven't utilized it at all but I'm going to change that right now. I need y'all to keep me motivated because I hit a plateau this year and couldn't get past 202 lbs. And now I've gained ten pounds back. That's my own fault. Over the summer I drank a lot of alcohol, ate terribly unhealthy and have been incredibly lazy. I'm amazed I haven't gained anymore than I have.
