Welcome, glad to have you join us. To keep posting, I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.

Michelle you look absolutely fantastic! And if Jillian Michaels commented on my pictures, I'd definitely be telling everybody!

Thanks for all the welcomes. I started losing weight in October of 2009. I know that, had I kept with it, I would be at my goal weight by now, so I have kind of been mentally kicking myself. I was down to about 145 by January 2010, but school started and I got frustrated. Now I'm back in classes and trying it again. My 18 pound loss is from riding a stationary bike and eating less. I'm switching to counting calories and utilizing my Jillian Michaels DVDs. I really don't want to begin my 20s (in January) the way I've spent my teen years.
