Hi everyone,
I stumbled on this site today and am pretty excited about the idea of sharing my weight loss with supportive people.
I am overweight and need to lose 23 kg - sure, there are lots of reasons to slim down. The main reason for me is that I'd love to start doing half marathons around the world, which has been a long forgotten goal of mine back in the day when I did 10km runs regularly (before university and office life).
I woke up for the umpteenth time this morning swearing off take-outs, chocolate, wine and cigarettes...this time, however, I decided to join a support group and get some peer pressure motivating me to stick to it.
So here goes!
