Default Introduction
It feels very weird to be posting on an internet forum....but here goes.

I'm Jen. I'm 35, and I'm here because I want to lose some weight. Currently I weigh (oh wow this is hard...) 215 pounds. It's not my highest-ever weight, but I haven't been in stay-healthy-take-care-of-myself mode in some time. I'm hoping that by posting on this forum, I'll be more accountable to myself. Plus, I'm kinda chatty once I get over my initial shyness. I've been lurking for nearly a week. Took me this long to screw up my courage, you know?

Okay, a whole paragraph and I didn't die of embarrassment nor did the computer explode. So yay! See you on the forums.

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
