Hello all! I just joined a few days ago and I already love it here.
My name is Kristina and I live in Idaho. I'm turning 25 next month and I'm ready for a change. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. At my biggest, I was nearly 270lbs, I was mortified. Several diets and 2 years later, I had lost about 75 lbs. I have fluctuated a lot over the past few years, but I have been maintaining my current weight, about 210 for over a year now. I am ready to finally get down to my goal weight of 165. I have tried every diet, gimmick and program under the sun. This time, I'm doing it the right way. No pills, no crazy fasting or liquid diets- just more veggies, less junk, and frequent exercise. Nothing works like good ol' calorie counting.
