Hi there! I am new, too! I just joined tonight =). In my past, when I've lost weight, or a pant size it is then I would slack off and be lazy with my weightloss. Big mistake..it creates a roller coaster for sure. I'm doing weight watchers and have been since January.. gained some pounds back over the summer, though.. and ready to get back on track! I read that you have your diet journal ready to go.. Yay! I found that if I keep my diet journal with me 24/7, I am extremely more focused and stay on the right path. When I start leaving it behind, I start eating way more food than I should. No matter the past, keep looking forward! I'm so excited about finding this forum!
