Hi there!
So I found this forum back in February of this year, started dieting and exercising, posted a few times, and managed to lose about 15 pounds! Then I went on vacation, and everything went downhill. I stopped looking at this site entirely, because I knew it would only make me feel bad about falling off the wagon, and now I'm right back up to my original starting weight from back in February

Not great.
On the other hand, I'm thinking positive. At least I don't weigh more now than I did then!
I've finally managed to work myself around to the right kind of mindset to be able to try this again and see it through, so I'm giving it another shot! I'm hopeful that I'll stick with it this time!
