Trying this again!
Hi there! :D
So I found this forum back in February of this year, started dieting and exercising, posted a few times, and managed to lose about 15 pounds! Then I went on vacation, and everything went downhill. I stopped looking at this site entirely, because I knew it would only make me feel bad about falling off the wagon, and now I'm right back up to my original starting weight from back in February :o Not great. On the other hand, I'm thinking positive. At least I don't weigh more now than I did then! I've finally managed to work myself around to the right kind of mindset to be able to try this again and see it through, so I'm giving it another shot! I'm hopeful that I'll stick with it this time! :carrot: |

I know exactly how you feel. I dissappear form this site when I haven't been on plan! Welcome and I hope to see you here often (both because your posting and I'm posting, which means we are sticking with it!)

Don`t feel badly about it. You aren`t alone. I did pretty much the same thing. And now I`m back too. That`s why this site is so great. We can all hold hands while skating across the ice!

Yep. Been there done that. If I fall by the wayside thistime, I'll get back on here because everyone is so supportive. I've joined the 20lbs by Christmas thread. One pound a week doesn't sound so much and is reachable with a few cheats here and there. Best of luck
