I found my twin!
I'm a calorie counter and there was a discussion elsewhere about finding your weight loss twin and there was nobody who was my height and close to my starting weight who was at the same weight loss that I was. And now here you are! lol
Welcome! I actually haven't heard of her book but sounds interesting. I think it's important to allow yourself the treats. If I don't feel like I'm eating like a "normal" person then I'll fall off the wagon quickly.
