Hello everyone,
I am not a newbie to the whole weightloss journey....sad thing is it really hasn't been a weightloss journey per say. I am getting ready to celebrate my 40th Birthday and the funny thing is for the last 2 years I kept saying out loud that I was going to be fit and fine at forty....unfortunately it will be fluffy and forty if I keep this up. It will be impossible for me to lose what I want in a month but every little bit helps right.
I know it is harder getting the weight off then putting it on....I keep resorting to the whole "I will start on Monday" routine and it has been that way for many years. I am tired of saying it this time. When I do lose the weight I tend to sabotage myself by rewarding myself then I am back to square one again.
My goal is to lose weight... plan and simple... and I feel that it is time to stop being FLUFFY and do something about it.
