Tired of the MAGICAL MONDAYS
Hello everyone,
I am not a newbie to the whole weightloss journey....sad thing is it really hasn't been a weightloss journey per say. I am getting ready to celebrate my 40th Birthday and the funny thing is for the last 2 years I kept saying out loud that I was going to be fit and fine at forty....unfortunately it will be fluffy and forty if I keep this up. It will be impossible for me to lose what I want in a month but every little bit helps right. I know it is harder getting the weight off then putting it on....I keep resorting to the whole "I will start on Monday" routine and it has been that way for many years. I am tired of saying it this time. When I do lose the weight I tend to sabotage myself by rewarding myself then I am back to square one again. My goal is to lose weight... plan and simple... and I feel that it is time to stop being FLUFFY and do something about it. :carrot: |

Welcome! All I have to say is if you are not doing anything right now, get off the computer and go for a walk! It finally clicked with me about an hour ago.
I was sitting here reading all the stories and everyone's comments and I said to myself "Self! Why are you sitting here on the computer reading all these success when you could be outside doing it yourself!" So I got my 5 year old on her bike, put the dog on a leash and put my 1 year old in her stroller. We only made it 1/2 a mile because my 5 year old was about to pass out, lol, but we got in 1/2 mile! I wish you the best of luck! Keep your head up and your feet moving! :hug: |
