I am new here and would just like some people who can relate to my problems.
I am 27 years old and i weight 195lbs..Even seeing what i just wrote scares and saddens me.... I have been around 160-170 for the past 5 years and over the last little while the weight just crept on with eatting out alot and thinking it was "cool" and "fun" to eat jumk all the time.
I have started a Diet and exercise program and know i will get back down to the weight i want but i am so mad at myself that i have to do it all over again. Right now when i eat i feel guilty and i cant get this weight off of my mind. I would really like to lose 25lbs in 6 and half weeks because that is when my friends and family are going on vacation. Im glad i found a place where i can express my frustrations and concerns.

First of all, don't set up the goals that are time-bound and difficult to achieve. Don;t think of this as your loosing one time and forgetting about it~ accept that you need a lifestyle change. This is about healthier you and healthier life.
Take one day at a time. Start saying 'NO' to junk food ~ add veggies and protein in your food more. Eat PURE which means start saying no to food that you can not pronounce and a bit of exercise will help you too. Simple 10 minutes walk a day or jogging in place when seeing your favorite series.
Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
