Hi everyone,
My name is Christine, I am a 41 year old mother of 3 ( ages 23, 21 and 17 ). A couple of weeks ago I was cleaning out my closet and I came across a pair of jeans.I couldn't believe that I had actually worn them, but for a laugh I tried them on. I didn't laugh, I couldn't even get my legs in to them. When I checked out the pockets to see if there was anything in them, I found a receipt from 4 years ago. The jeans are a size 12 and I am now wearing a size 21/22. I have never been skinny, but I can't believe that I let myself get to where I am now. My goal for now is to get back in to those jeans, I am not a big fan of scales, but I think I need to lose about 100 pounds.
I have started walking about 20 minutes a day and doing the Slim in 6 Start it Up work out, plus watching what I eat....I am not a big eater, and I think that is part of my problem, I tend to skip meals and many times only eat dinner.
Any tips would be great.
