Hey everyone!
Noob here! I am newly 26 years old and boy oh boy am I feeling that "old" part. Sad I know.
I am currently have 85 extra pounds that I need to kick off and out to the road. I have struggled up and down throughout the years and really just need to get to the "down" and stay there. I gave birth to my first child about 16 months ago and use that as an excuse. Plus, I use the 'no time', 'no money', 'no energy' and 'too stressed' factors. So here I am. I started a kick boxing classes at a local Y a few weeks back with a friend, the P90X program yesterday, a weight loss blog (for accountability
) today and now I'm on here looking for that extra support tier.
All of the stories and conversations I have read on here so far has really increased my motivation. I look forward to meeting, chatting and chanting with/for all of you!
