Hi everyone, I'm new here! I'll go by B. I am 5'9" and currently at 278 pounds, having lost 17 pounds in the last two months. I'm 21 and have been obese for much of my life. I've lost weight before but this time I'm determined to get to my weight goal of 145 pounds over the next few years. I am here to talk with people who understand the struggle and also to exchange tips and recipes. Nice to meet you all!
Good luck with your goals. But by the look of it, you are on the right track. Congrats by losing the weight the sensible way. I'm so glad that you realize that it will take a while, most people want instant gratification.
