Hello!
My name is Ashley. I've been checking this board out for about a week and I've gotten so inspired by the Goal section that I've decided to become more active in it. This will be my third week dieting, however I don't like to look at it as a diet, I like to see myself as making a lifestyle change regarding my relationship with food. My starting weight was 220 lbs and I'm currently at 212. My goal being 150. I am also slowly starting to incorporate more exercise into my daily routine. I feel like I am finally looking at weight loss through a different perspective than I used to. Not for beauty, but for my health. Of course I won't deny that being able to wear a bikini to the beach for the first time won't be so bad either! So I hope to meet some people who can help keep me on my path and that I can help keep on theirs.
