Hello everyone. I'm so glad I found this site! It really gives me the encouragement to lose all this weight I gained.
So, I'm 21 years old. I'm from Croatia so English is not my maternal language. I'm married to the greatest husband and we have the cutest little son (he's now 2months old).
I started gaining weight when I met my husband (almost 3 yeas ago). We ate lots of junk food and started getting fat. Also I went to collage and din't know how to cook and ate really unhealthy foods, didn't walk but used public transportation instead.
I weighted 60kg (132 lbs) when I got to collage and gained around 5kg (11 lbs) in first 2 years. After that I got pregnant and gained 23kg (50.7 lbs) ! I lost 13kg (28.6 lbs) after I gave birth. So not only that I have all that weight to lose but I also got stretchmarks all over my body and my self esteem is really low.
I now weight 75kg (165.3 lbs), my goal weight is 58kg (127.8 lbs) which is my high school weight.
A few days ago I started riding an exercise bike. I'm planning on doing it every day or at least 5days a week. I'm riding it for 60minutes around 22-24 km/h (12,42 mph). I am also trying to watch my calories and not to ear sweets (as much as I can) or if I really have a craving I only take a small amount.
Also i'll try to weight in only every 2 weeks!
