Default Howdy

Hi there
I am Debbie, age 43 married 3 kids and a cat and needing to lose at least 1 stone for now, preferably 2 stones.
I have Rheumatoid arthritis and arthitis of neck and spine. I also have a prolapsed disc in my back.
I lost 2 stone 2 years ago, and in the last 6 months have put 1 stone back on, this is causing my joints and back to ache again.
I have been on and off this diet again for the last 2 months, but i am finding it really hard to stick to it at the moment.
I feel constantly hungry all the time, and end up eating all the wrong things too.
I was going to the gym for a year, which certainly helped me maintain my weight, but i had to stop going for ££ reason, and i miss going as it helps keep my joints from stiffening.
Anyway, nice to meet you all
