Ok so I just happened to find this site and I have been reading some of the posts and everyone seems really nice. I knew I had to join because I need some support and just know that I'm not doing it alone! LOL So, I'm 23 and at my highest weight was 238 and right now I'm down to 233. LOL It's only five pounds but I've only been on my diet about 2 weeks and I have had some slip ups but I'm trying very hard to not let that happen again

Anyways I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself a little bit. I can't wait to get started!

Also, how do you get those tickers at the bottom of your posts? Thanks!
