Evening

So I got told by my nurse today that I am bordering on obese. I'm sure you understand I do not want to reach that mark and have finally decided to do something about it.

My weight is always up and down and after spending last summer working in a sauna/kitchen I lost 10kg which has slowly snuck back on the past 10 months. 1kg a month, brilliant.

I start a new course at university in September so I am aiming to lose a few lbs a week starting with actually exercising and stopping the snacking.

welcome!!!! i need to stop my snacking as well lol bought a big bag of cheetos today and that does me no good lets make a pack and stop snacking all together! (on junk food i mean haha)
