Hi! I'm a 21 year old female, 5'9" looking to lose about 40 pounds.
I'm planning on getting the GoWear Fit next week and start working out and watching what I eat. Based on that vague language, I obviously don't have a plan. I'd love to communicate with someone, share goals, motivation, and tips.
