Hi all,
Been reading this site I stumbled on just today. Wow, how wonderful to find lots of great info!
I have lost 13 lbs in just over 3 weeks on Medifast but was looking for other resources for recipes, advice and maybe some low cost substitutions and I have found them all here (doing a mental happy dance!)
Hubby and I are both trying to lose 100+ lbs each and next 3 months are crucial as our daughter is getting married and we hate to be the fattest people there
Also, both my son and daughter have both lost a lot of weight in the last 2 years. My son lost about 115 lbs on Nutrisystem then Optifast and daughter did Nutrisystem then Weight Watchers and most the weight she wanted, 50+lbs but still is going to get another 20-30 off to get to her goal weight. She also is on Medifast, just started on it a bit ago.
We are so proud of them but know we need to stop being slackers and hopefully have them as proud of us as we are of them.
Hoping for great ideas and encouragement here as well as exchanging the same.
