I started my weight loss again this past May after I got to a whooping 200lbs. I was always tired....
I bought the "Walk at Home" dvds and I use them 5 days a week. My late night cravings are all gone. I also make a conscious effort to drink water. I can say my caffeine craving is gone after 2 weeks and I feel so much better already.
I've lost 6lbs and my clothes fit better now.
