Default Back again and looking for support

It's been a while since I was last at the site but really need support so I'm back. I'm at the highest weight and worry if I don't find a support group It's only going to get worse. Two years ago I was 121 lbs., last year it was 136, and now it's 143.

I'm looking for a group to help track my weight and exercise. I use an eliptical and hand weights. I also need help with food. I know I'm eating portions that are too big.

If anyone can suggest a group or thread to join I'd really appreciate it. I've been searching thru them but just don't know where to go.

Hello-

I am new also and our weight and goals and about the same. I think we all need tune ups sometimes and this is our tune up. I hoping to become a little sports car rather than a family mini-van. Are you on any type of program or are you going solo? I'm doing HMR, I tried to do it on my own by I was not making any progress. I use to backpack all the time and my last trip was three years ago and I don't see my work schedule allowing that to happen very often. Well enough of my issues. I'm here if you need an ear and I am wishing you all the best.

Hi there, I'm also back at it again and we have similar weight loss goals. I am also doing the elliptical machine + whatever workout I find "amusing" on my ondemand. My goal is to do at least 30 mins 5 days a week. I am having a hard time with a diet to follow since I get overwhelmed counting calories. Right now, I am watching my portion sizes, but hopefully I can find a diet or plan that is easy to follow. If you look online, at ebay or amazon, they have plates and bowls that have portion sizes on them so you won't have to guess how much food you should be eating.

Not sure what groups here track exercise and/or food, there are sites such as the daily plate, fit day, and fridge graph, where you can track these things, but they are not groups per say.

Hey Bliss - there's a thread in here that I'm part of called June Daily Weigh In
and I think I've seen a monthly exercise challenge. If you do a search, you'll probably find something that can help.

Thank you all so much for your replies! I'm going to have a look at the links, they sound like what I'm looking for. I'm not on any plan, just trying to do it by myself. That's why I cam here, I had hoped for help and you all have done just that!
